CASSANDRA KARAMANOS, ESQUIRE

Cassandra has worked in the title industry since 2001. Prior to the founding of Century Abstract Group, she was Vice President of North Pointe Settlement Services, Inc., where she streamlined operations and managed the company's residential real estate division.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts with honors in History in 1994 from the Millersville University of Pennsylvania, and her Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 1997 where she was awarded the distinction of Order of Barristers.

Recognizing the need for a title agency that would focus exclusively on the needs of commercial real estate clients, Cassandra established Century Abstract Group in 2014 with a focus on unparalleled customer service and expertise. She has extensive knowledge and experience working with financial institutions, developers, and investors regarding the acquisition and financing of commercial properties. Her wealth of industry knowledge provides for a smooth transaction from beginning to end.

NICHOLAS C. KARAMANOS, ESQUIRE

Nicholas, a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, started building his experience in commercial real estate in 1988, when he worked as counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Commerce. There, he negotiated and closed loans on behalf of various state agencies. From then on, he has ventured into private practice at companies where he has dealt with real estate financing, development, title services, and other commercial real estate transactions.

His years of experience led him to become Vice President of Lancaster Settlement Services Corporation, Senior Corporate Counsel for Blackford Development, Ltd., and founder of North Pointe Settlement Services, Inc.

Currently, Nick works as General Counsel for Deerin Companies and lends his expertise on commercial real estate at Century Abstract Group.
